Authentication Error

Yesterday I installed demo license it was working fine I setup everything. Very easy to use I love it but when I wake up today I didnt login admin panel, when I want to reset password it’s saying
Unknown E-mail I don’t know what happened my site is working but I’m unable to login nodeworks

What to do ?

Welcome to IW forums

I’m sorry, it’s a little hard to know which screen your referring too but I guess it’s the login screen for nodeworx

In the first instance, if my guess is correct, click the forgot password and have nodeworx email you a reset link to your email address

Yes it’s nodeworx screen I tired restore password but it says unknown email but I know it’s. Very weird

Many thanks and the following may help you, but please do not change anything or you may break IW
If you have SSH, you can login under SSH to server and :
cd ~iworx
vi iworx.ini
schroll to Monitor section, and hopefully you set an email address, which this will most likely be the email address you used when setting up IW
If your not sure, and I do not usually make this offer, if you PM your SSH details, I will login and let you know, but it should be easy for you to do
If you have not set any email address for monitoring, then it maybe quicker to reinstall IW after a fresh install of your distro

Has that resolved your issue. Ah sorry I have just seen your PM - Glad it’s resolved

The correct access is https://<IP-ADDRESS or FQDN of server>:2443/nodeworx
I also restarted Iworx for you, and status showed all running
