Backup restoring problems after server reinstall

Hello,

I reinstalled my server today. I made a full backup of every account which was restored later. While testing my own account, I noticed that among domain’s DNS records were not the manually added records.

There were triggers on a few SQL databases, what I had to give a SUPER right to user to create them. I did not restore these, nor the datas after trigger in “mysql dump”. Will be there any solution or I need to
calculate with these problems?

Whoops, had that wrong.

InterWorx won’t back up manually-added zones. But it WILL back up manually-added records that are under a SiteWorx account. If you experience this issue with the records not appearing, you should probably open up a Support ticket.
