I am curious to if there is a reason why someone wouldn’t be able to download backups from their control panel. The backup is around 3GB. When you try to download the file it just sits and loads over and over… Any ideas?

I believe Kevin already opened up a ticket about this. The problem has to do with the fact that there’s a 2GB limit somewhere. Whether it be PHP, Apache, or the underlying system, something is preventing the PHP code from processing files larger than 2GB. We’re continuing to check it out, and in the meantime we suggested setting up clients who are affected by this problem to use FTP.
