Hello,
I can’t find any information about what happens when a customer exceeds his included bandwidth.
Will the website of the customer still be accessible?
Can we define what should happen in this case?

Alexander Rusa

I believe they get a 509 Bandwidth exceeded page like below:
Hi,
thanks for your answer!
Is there any way we could change this behavior?

Alex
I gues what you want is a ‘softlimit’?
I have seen settings for softlimits in WHMCS, but I don’t think Interworx currently have an implementation for that function.
Hi arusa
You can set bandwidth over allowance, which will not stop the website, and sorry, I’m on holiday but I think from memory you set this by editing the siteworx account.
I’m not too sure though if your asking for a personalised page to be displayed, if so, just look up the bandwidth page and change amend as you need.
I hope that helps a little
Many thanks
John

Yea, your right, I missed that … it’s labeled as ‘Burstable’.
