BUG! Change user settings inside Siteworx.

Hello Interworx Team,

I have discovered a fairly large bug, I believe.

NodeWorx Options:

  • Generate Password Button - Enabled
  • Display Password After Generation - Enabled

Version:
4.9.2

Steps to Reproduce:
[LIST=1]

  • Log In to a Siteworx Account.
  • Under 'Siteworx User Management' click 'Edit' on a user.
  • Change a setting, but leave the password fields blank. For example set icons to small or big.
  • Click 'Save'. [/LIST]

  • Weird - I thought this had been fixed in 4.9.2. The easy workaround is to assign a nickname to the user. For some reason that fixes the password requirement.

    Ya, it’s not fixed, your solution does fix it however, but its a temporary solution at most. :frowning:
