Cannot login into NodeWorx!

Hi,

I cannot login my NodeWorx after reboot the server. I really don’t know what can I do? Anyway to help?

It sounds like IW cp has not started

You need to login via ssh and run service iworx stop, service iworx start. You could use service iworx restart but I prefer to manually do both

If this is centos 7, you may need to run full start code which I posted in the centos 7 thread

Hope that helps and if fails, what is the failure shown as time of above start

If it’s urgent, and not starting, please open a support ticket with IW support from IW website

If you still have this issue you need to do:


unlink /etc/rc.d/init.d/iworx
cp /home/interworx/etc/init.d/iworx /etc/rc.d/init.d/iworx
service iworx restart
