My server is running ok, but suddenly can’t enter the panel, I don’t know what to do? When I login , it show “system Error”. MySQL, Apache is running without problem.

Open a ticket at support.interworx.com and we’ll take a look in and see what’s going on - That’s really the only thing I can suggest.
It’d help greatly if, when you open the ticket, you run ~iworx/bin/enable-support-access.sh. Prevents you from having to fill in root password and gives us a secure path into your machine.
Anything interesting in the log files?
Have you opened a TT?
