I login to SiteWorx, then click on email aliases and it just kicks me back to the main dashboard page for SiteWorx. I tried in incognito mode in Chrome and that worked once, but now a few days later same issue and incognito mode isn’t working. This could just be a client side (me) issue with my browser, but just wanted to see if anyone else ran into this.
Hi Justin
I hope your well
I have just tried and no issues (see pic).
I used IE11 and IW 6.1.6
Have you tired IE in private browser mode, just a thought
Many thanks
John
IE didn’t work, but when I tried in Firefox (which I never use) I was able to get it to work.
I had the same issue a while ago and had to use another browser as a workaround. IW-Jenna did have a look and saw the issue in the logfiles, but afaicr we didn‘t get to the bottom of it.
I‘ll see if I can dig my notes to that issue, when I am back at my desk.
Cherrs,
Michael
Hi Michael
I hope your well
Did you manage to find anything
Many thanks
John
Hi John, hi Justin,
unfortunately no. We encountered this issue while working on another, unrelated issue. IW-Jenna experienced the same thing and pointed me to the logfiles, where the issue was present:
When I tried to access the Users bit for the SiteWorx account, under Hosting Features > MySQL > Users, it reverted back to the overview page for me, as well. This was in the iworx.log:

On the same day I had a similar issue:
I suddenly have a similar issue, where I try to log on as a siteworx user and get kicked back to Nodeworx. I see this in iworx.ini:

But it seems to be browser related (happens in 2 versions of Firefox), as the same thing works in Chrome. I deleted all cookies for that domain, but it still happens.
But that’s all I still know about it, as I simply used another browser that day and didn’t encounter it again since then (even while mostly using Firefox for everything).
So it seems there might be a browser related issue, that only pops up very intermittently.
Cheers,
Michael
