Good day,
Thank you d2d4j for getting my permissions sorted out and thank you Jenna as always for the support. You guys rock and I’m glad that we made the jump to Interworx. It’s been great for us and I am hopeful we can continue to have great success with the product.
We are in the process of decommissioning an existing server while simultaneously standing up new host node for our Interworx services. We currently have a license on the old hardware, however I was wondering if it would be possible to get a 45-60 day trial license so we can perform integration checks with the billing, hardware monitoring, and various other back end automation. Our goal is to transfer our existing license from the decommissioned hardware to the new hardware stack and continuing utilizing our existing license. We were hoping for the trial license to ensure we have all of the back end items ready to go before we migrate live users and transfer the license.
Thank you for the time and consideration.
James
Hello–
So glad you’re enjoying using InterWorx so far!
We can definitely provide you with a demo key for your migration testing. Just fill out this form, and it will send a demo request to the helpdesk: https://www.interworx.com/interworx-demos/
The longest demo we can do is 4 weeks, so just request that in the “Any questions” option and make a note that it’s for migration testing.
We manually provision demo keys, it isn’t automatic (so we can answer questions if needed), so just note it may take up to 24 hours, depending on what time of day, EST, the request is submitted.
If you need longer than 4 weeks, the demo can’t be extended, but just bump the ticket to ask for another key. All you’d need to do, then, is just replace the expired key with the new one: How To: Change an InterWorx License Key — InterWorx documentation
If you run into any issues, or have any questions in your testing, feel free to submit a ticket to support.interworx.com. I don’t see your info listed in our billing system as a direct customer, so I may be limited if you need troubleshooting, if your license is provided by a reseller, but I can definitely answer questions and such, if they come up.
Thanks,
-Jenna
