DSPAM support?

Feature Request: (Initially thought of posting this on NodeWorx Feature Requests forum, but as this could be of general interest, I post this in the General forum.)

As DSPAM (http://dspam.sf.net) is open source now, iworx guys, do you have any interest in supporting DSPAM instead of (or if possible along with) SA?

From DSPAM site:

Written in C for speed, performance, and scalability. Unlike Python or PERL solutions, DSPAM is written in a low-level compiled language, meaning there is very little overhead. DSPAM runs fast, efficient, and doesn’t depend on any third-party language interpreters.

I don’t know much about it, but many seem to like it.

If it actually takes less resources, then it would be good for VPS installations as it would consume less memory. Also would reduce the minimum memory requirement for iworx?

IWorx fans, do you like to have DSPAM?

I’ve always wanted to try DSPAM but I remember worrying that my clients might not be able to figure out how to report spam and train it, losing the effectiveness of it. If there was a general community spam database that it worked from I would be more in a rush to test it out.

A pre-trained (and continuously updated) DSPAM from a community of thousands of users seems better than relying on the few clients I have to train it? But I haven’t used it so I’m not sure exactly how it works.
