Hello is there any way to duplicate a website from my other siteworx account to new account?
Or I can just download the “html” file from the siteworx acc file manager and place it to the new one? do you recommend that?

Duplicate a siteworx is not hard and which ever way you do it is good
I usually just copy everything over
Just remember you cannot have 2 siteworx accounts called the same either on Unix name or domain name on same server. So you would have to call the duplicate site a different domain name usually a sub domain such as dev. etc…
