Adding an email address to forward emails ‘Copy to Address’ does not work.
I have tested but not receiving any emails.
Example:
domain@gmail.com forwarding to domain@hotmail.com

What IW-CP are you using and what distro are you running
Have you checked your logs - nodeworx, system logs, Interworx error
Are all the settings on mail server correct
Is your sending IP address blacklisted
There’s probably more but if you would need more information
