I’m trying to configure a Support Engine that I purchased. I’ve noticed that any “new user” that registers does not get a confirmation email or anything from the system. Now, there’s a “test email” php script that comes with this support engine which allows to test email delivery of the server. Upon running this script, i’ve come to realize that any emails sent (by the script) to any EXTERNAL email address does not get delivered, but any email sent to an email address hosted on my Interworx box (local) gets delivered just fine.
Can anyone advise me on what to do to get this support engine to work and have it send out emails to my clients who submit support tickets?
