Error creating siteworx account

[SIZE=2]Yesterday I created a siteworx account for a customer. Everything worked.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=2]Today he had a problem with the email. I checked siteworx on that account and the amount of data in email boxes was nothing. Not even 0kb. [/SIZE]
[SIZE=2][/SIZE]
[SIZE=2]After looking here I couldn’t find an explanetion, so I decided to delete the account and put it in again.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=2][/SIZE]
[SIZE=2]But now I’m getting errors and I have to look in iworx.log. [/SIZE]
[SIZE=2][/SIZE]
vpopmail, MySQL, MySQLDNS and Qmail tell me that it is allready installed for this domain or domain already exists.

Can somebody please explain and tell me how I can fix it. Because everything for this customer is down at the moment. And he’s getting a little bit mad.
