Error Installing Interworx - ERROR: YUM removed failed.

I’m trying to install interworx on a brand new fresh dedicated centos 5.2 server (not vps).

I’m following the directions here:

When I get to this point: sh iworx-cp-install.sh

I get this:

Anyone know how to remove these possible conflicting packages either automatically or manually?

Thanks,
Ben

Hi Ben,

Try doing this first, it may fix the “yum” problem.

yum update yum

Paul

Ben,

Try running:

yum update yum

to update yum and then see if the install works.

Hahaha if I was only a minute faster…

Lol! you guys Rule!! that worked. Kudos to both.

No no…Paul rules. I’m too slow :frowning: he gets all the kudos hahaha

It’s all OK, but iworx needs more Paul’s and more Greg’s. Only then iworx and it’s community could be back on track.
