Forum, CGI Modules & Scripts

Before I make the next sugegstion, please understand that I love NodeWorx/InterWorx/SiteWorx. It is 100 times easier to use than Webmin and 10 times easier to use than CPanel.

However I make these suggestions here, because my customers and I used these “missing” features.

CPanel has several areas dealing with website add-ons (BBS/Forum, Chat Rooms, CGI and other Scripts)

One was the CGI Center (Modules). Here a completely newbie webmaster could add some simple CGI modules. Examples of these where: Guest Book, Several Counters and Clocks.

The Script section had a Bulletin Board System, PHP-Nuke (advanced content management system) and osCommerce (Shopping Cart System)

And finally the phpBB forum, which uses one MySQL database.

Any of the above in the consideration for a future update?

Yes, add ons are on the list as well. This ties in with your post regarding 3rd party modules as well. We are planning auto-installs of many popular tools but this is a bit further down the line than some of the more ‘core’ missing features that you’ve already pointed out.
