Hello–
I responded to the ticket that you submitted, at around 2:30pm EST (about 15 minutes after you submitted the ticket), but in case you did not see that response:
Under ~iworx/etc/env there is a empty file called activation-in-progress. Remove that file.
Then run the activation script via the CLI:
~iworx/bin/goiworx.pex
Per our documentation, this is the recommended way of performing the activation, as it will provide output if there is an error, which the GUI does not.
Let me know in the ticket if you receive any error output from that command.
