Hi,

I have recentely downgrade sql server from percona 5.6 to mysql 5.5 , After downgrade the following errors appears in my interworx control panel.

Is percona 5.5 and 5.6 compatable with interworx ?

Please see your first post.

Perconna works lovely with IW, as it’s just a tweaked MySQL

I believe your issue all relates to quotas but I could be wrong sorry.

Thank you john.

I had solved it by reinstalling System Integrity Monitor (SIM) .This is not the same server which I mentioned in my first post.

I have just upgraded installed MySQL Ver 5.6 and PHP Ver 5.5 but most of the sites are showing database connection errrors like :

Using mysqli: Failed to connect to MySQL: ()
Using PDO: Error!: SQLSTATE[HY000] [2054] The server requested authentication method unknown to the client

=====

I have updated all the database users pasword to new v5 hash format and sites started working , But Unfortunately I cannot manage MySQL server or phpmyadmin from IW control panel any more :frowning:

Many thanks, and sorry I didn’t realise sorry. Also, on tapatalk, the screen is so small and my eyesight is failing

Please see this post which will explain and allow you to correct.

Briefly, it is because IW cp uses old v4 MySQL for its own use only.
