What IW version are you using and are you on centos 7
Does it appear to make any service to stop (I think it just refers to logging)
If you restart iworx service, is the error still seen, and similar if you restart server, is it still present
You may want to open a support ticket with IW if it’s still present
Many thanks

Hi John,
I was reminded of similar issue that I experienced and seek support before. I use the same method to fix the issue. The fix appears to be easy. I only need to run the permission fix command as follows:
~iworx/bin/cvspermsfix.pex
I am not sure why the above error appeared and I don’t know how frequent that issue will happen. The error doesn’t show any permission related signs, at least for me. But anyhow, that command above did help.
I think periodically, you may need to run that command, and I think then it must be a permission on the log file, where it could not write, but it is early here sorry
