InterWorx + HostBill import accounts problem

Hello,

I’ve problem when I try to integrate InterWorx and HostBill.
I’ve installed on separate machine HostBill and added InteWorx server (API and everything else), but when I try to import accounts to HostBill I got this error: “HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error): An unexpected condition was encountered while the server was attempting to fulfill the request.”

And from HostBill support I got this answer:
“Its interworx issue, please check on their forums”

Hi Marko,

If hostbill and InterWorx are separate - I’m not exactly sure what could be wrong here off the top of my head. This sort of issue normally only occurs when InterWorx and the billing application share the same sever. Ex: the billing software issues a new API call to create a siteworx account and while it’s doing that - InterWorx adds the new siteworx account and updates the Apache vhost config, restarting the webserver that the billing application is being served from. We can give you a better idea of what’s wrong if you submit a ticket.
