License Request

Hello,

After testing I ordered a new license for my server and I plan to move my customers soon to interWORX. The order was confirmed on monday 15th and the website states to expect at least 12 hours to have the license emailed, but as of today still no email or reply to my enquiries.

Is that normal? :o

Or, if you’re a Reseller, access the license API system and see if it’s available in there.

I am not a reseller. I did send an email to sales@interworx.com but now reply, so could also be a problem on my side to get emails from them (?). Anyway I opened a support ticket on the support site (forgot I could do that).
