I have a registered domain (janrickj.com) that freewebsitehost was hosting, but ever since they switched over I cannot access my site nor my ftp. can anyone help?

I’m sorry to say that we can’t do anything for you. We only provide the control panel software. You’ll need to get ahold of someone at freewebsitehost and explain the problem to them so that they can give you a hand. I wish we could be of more help but we’re only a software company.
