mail command not found

Hello,

I just installed interworx on a VPS using a CentOS base image. There were some obvious features missing in the base and I have just found that mail command cannot be found.

Centos 5.5 base (64bit)
Interworx 4.4

[root@host ~]# mail
-bash: mail: command not found

Any ideas what I am missing? mail has ALWAYS worked in the past.

Here is more info:
New VPS
[root@host ~]# whereis mail
mail: /etc/mail

whereis on good system:
[root@host ~]# whereis mail
mail: /bin/mail /etc/mail.rc /etc/mail /usr/lib/mail.help /usr/lib/mail.tildehelp /usr/share/man/man1/mail.1.gz

mail command not found - solved

Found it - it was missing the mailx package.

Thanks John - we’ll make sure that gets installed by the interworx installer in the future.
