My problem is that as I click the Mail queue list manager button, only a white sheet is loaded, the content is not. How to fix the problem?

What IW version are you using
What browser are you using
Have you cleared your browser cache
If IE, does it still show white Page if browsing in private mode
I have had this a few times over the years, and every time it was an issue with the web browser (I usually use IE)

It does this with all browsers even after deleting the cache!

Did you try in private browsing from browser
If still not displaying, you may want to open a support ticket with your license provider, as.clearly access would be needed to move forward on your issue
As I said though, I have periodically had this issue, and always been an issue in the browser
One last thought, have you fully restarted your server, just in case
