Moving from InterWorx to Cpanel

I’m currently in the process of migrating my InterWorx server to a Cpanel reseller. Moving the sites and db’s aren’t a problem. I’m running into a problem moving the mail.

Has anyone done this before? Recommended ways to migrate the mail?

Any and all help is welcome

imap? queued mail not delivered? umm…think we might need some more on exactly what you mean.
