We have moved our support ticketing system, https://support.interworx.com, to Happyfox.
If you have used our previous support system your user and previous tickets as of Friday morning last week should have been imported. Any emails sent to support since then should also have been forwarded over to the new system.
You will need to use the password recovery tool to set your password on the new system.
We will manually recreate any active tickets between Friday last week and now when needed.
