What format is one supposed to enter email addresses into it in?

Do you enter: *@domain.tld, @domain.tld or just domain.tld?

And can you block whole domains, or does it have to be someone@something.tld for each one?

If you want to blacklist an entire domain, then you would enter @domain.tld. If you want to blacklist an individual email address, you would use user@domain.tld.

Note: Adding an email address or domain to the STMP level blacklist will cause any email from the email address or domain to be rejected and not forwarded to the MDA.
