Multi-Site Backup fails for one Siteworx Account - help

Hi,
( I have changed private info to xxxx and yyyy )
I am doing a nightly backup of all of my siteworx accounts. I recently added a new account and now the backups are failing.

I receive an email with the following error message:

backup of domain xxxx.com was unsuccessfully completed. *The

If I manually schedule the job and watch the user’s backup directory while it is running I get the following entries:

-rw-r–r-- 1 root root 0 May 16 13:29 backup.17606.pid
-rw-rw---- 1 iworx leesasso 0 May 16 13:29 xxxx.com-full-May.16.2010-13.26.01.tgz

These never have any contents.

At the end of the backup I am left only with a zero length file:

-rw-rw---- 1 iworx leesasso 0 May 16 13:29 xxxx.com-full-May.16.2010-13.26.01.tgz

Since I am currently unable to take a backup of this user I would really appreciate some help on this as quickly as possible.

Not to worry, I found the answer. My /tmp partition was too small to allow the tar to complete. Further information for anybody else with this problem can be found here:
