Need to change license

[SIZE=2]I’ve transferred all of my accounts from one server to another and removed the old server. I now need to install my regular license to the new server but when I go through the activate new license procedures it says: InterWorx has alread been activated on this box. quitting.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=2]Can someone tell me how to reactivate my regular license since the temporary one has expired? I cannot do anything in IWorx until this is resolved.[/SIZE]

Just edit the /home/interworx/iworx.ini file and change the “key=YOURKEYHERE” from the previous to the current key. You may need to have us reset your new key in our DB so if you get license errors after doing the above and after running: /home/interworx/cron/license.pex --sync pls open a ticket with your lic and IP info.
