New account problem - not authenticating

[LEFT]Ok, so I’ve created a new account. I have 3 other accounts that are working, just fine… I can log in, I can add subdomains etc.

The new account, I cannot log in.

I can go to the siteworx portion straight from the admin account… but I cannot login at all.

Suggestions?

First thing I do whenever I have login problems on any software/website: change the password to something simple like “password” or “12345”, change the email to something simple, and check other details (like the domain) are right :wink:

Yes, just resetting the password and or username will usually do the trick.

Actually, thanks for all the suggestions, but what I found the problem was… I had been creating the account under the root account (system administrator one) instead of a reseller account?

After creating it under a reseller account it worked just fine?

Its a solution for now at least.

I did try changing the password, and even the login numerous times… it wouldnt work at all.

Ok its my first time no other accounts and its not letting me in so what do i need to do to get into my control panel. I get authication problem too. :confused: I’m soo lost please any post would be greatly appreciated and i have tried all the other suggestions but to no avail and i’m completey lost about what adam wrote.

That doesn’t sound right… if you want, open a ticket, and we can see what the problem is/was.

Have you tried changing the password of the account in NodeWorx? If you don’t have NodeWorx access, you may need to contact your hosting provider as they are the ones who have the ability to help.
