When clicking on the Detailed API Specifications link, to http://live.interworx.com/support/docs/api/spec it’s returning a page not found :frowning:

Thanks for the heads up on that - looks like someone missed updating that link when the page moved! We’ll get that fixed this morning.

In the meantime, here’s the correct link!

Tim, it looks like the links to the detailed info for each of the API calls is presently an invalid link as well.

Thanks -

We’re doing what we can, but it seems that the weirdness is largely caused by DNS not having fully propagated. We’ve been able to reproduce the issue, and we’re building a new version of the site right now with a work-around.

Basically, if you’re being redirected to live.interworx.com, it’s still resolving to the old server. This, for some reason, borks up the redirects that make the links work. At one point, I was getting alternating “works/not works” when clicking the links…very irritating.

Anyway, the new build of the site should remove the need for the redirects in the first place, which should fix the issue.

Silly DNS propagation…move faster!

BTW, some browsers (Firefox, at least) cache DNS lookups, so if you’ve had the problem, you may need to restart your browser before it’ll ever go away.

Tim

Yup, it’s stopped redirecting to live.interworx.com now and working as it should
