No ssh access available

Hi everyone,
I’m new to siteworks and I wanted to modify my master domain. I’ve read on the forum that there are some ssh shells that I could run, but I’ve noticed that I only have ftp access. What do I need to enable ssh access in my account?

By the sounds your a hosting client using siteworx control panel ?

Sounds like you should be contacting your hosting provider to see if they can offer you SSH support

I’s very unlikely that you’ll be able to change the master domain if you’re not the server owner, even with SSH access. I’d reach out to your hosting provider and see if you can get them to modify that domain for you.
