Nodeworx / IP Issue

Please see the attached picture which will best describe the issue I’m experiencing.

Contrary to what’s shown in the screenshot, the domains on the IP showing the error ARE all accessible externally. However, as far as getting rid of the error, I can’t seem to select “Active on System” for this (main) IP – which has 29 domains on it – and I can’t “Commit changes”; when I try to do so, it just refreshes the page and displays the same error at the top of the page.

On the top right, you can see that “eth1” (the adapter on which the xxx.xxx.xxx.xx2 and xxx.xxx.xxx.xx3 IPs are bound) does not show a ‘function’ - and there’s no “device” listed for the .2 IP. Also, if I try to re-add the IP, it shows “? IP already exists : xxx.xxx.xxx.xx2”

Any ideas?

Try running the command

~iworx/cron/ip.pex --sync

And see if that fixes the issue. If not, I’d recommend creating a support ticket so we can have a look at it for you.
