Hello Guys,

We are trying to reset password for the master user account by using forgot password feature through frontend.

We could see that we are getting the same error as the customer is receiving.

The following From address failed: postmaster@CallITMate #4.1.8 Domain of sender address <postmaster@callitmate> does not resolve

Could anyone tell me what this error means.

Your error is the domain cannot be resolved.

Looking at your post, unless you have removed any details, then your not using a FQDN such as domain.url.

If you do use a FQDN, then I would check your DNS
