phpmyadmin and mysql5

Hello,

Is there a known problem with accessing phpmyadmin from siteworx when using mysql5?

When logging into siteworx, expanding mysql server on the left menu and clicking on phpmyadmin pulls up a blank page.

The link from nodeworx works fine.

Also it works for other accounts but not this one particular account. (they do have db setup)

No, there’s no known problem here. It might have made sense if it didn’t work from NodeWorx, but since it does, I’m not sure what to make of it. If you open a support ticket we should be able to figure out what’s wrong.
