Proxy Error [webmail]

Hello guys.

Today one of my customer told me that he was unable to use his webmail.

Checking the url domain-name.com/webmail I got the following:

[h=1]Proxy Error[/h] The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /webmail.
Reason: Error reading from remote server
[HR][/HR] Apache/2.2.31 (Unix) Server at www.domain-name.pt Port 80

I havent change anything on this server for a while, so I don’t know what really happened here. Maybe some update?

Please could you give the following

What Interworx version are you using

What update do you have set (stable, RC etc)

What distro are you using

Is your server dedicated or vps

Have you tried restarting Apache

Have you rebooted your server

I ha e to say, proxy error is not something which has been reported but I think it maybe part of the theme issue with smarty

Hi d2d4j, I would like to thank you for the help, and sorry for the delay.

I’ve managed to fix the issue by rebooting the server :frowning:

Ps: I was experience some slowless only on interworx panel and webmail login panel.
