So I’ve noticed that the reset password link for siteworx is issuing a link with the server IP address rather than the domain name.
Is there some way I can change this? Is this a bug?

I have just tested this on our test server, and the 2 emails I received both only showed the siteworx domain
Have you changed anything on your server

No new changes. I recall it working several months ago. I don’t know what would have changed other than Interworx updates.

Our test server is IW 5.0.18.
Have you checked IW logs for any errors. It might help narrow it.
Also, a server restart might resolve issue.

It turns out there were IP address entries for hostname in the following files:
/home/interworx/iworx.ini
/var/qmail/control/locals
/var/qmail/control/me
/var/qmail/control/rcpthosts
/var/qmail/control/plusdomain
Changed them up, rebooted and all is back to normal
Not sure when or how this occurred. Not too many password resets going on.
