After transfeering account to new server got tiny problem with roundcube webmail users.
All roundcube contacts data is lost…
If i look into backup file i can find IWORX-META directory and email.domain.com.rc.contacts file and seems like all contacs data is here, so roundcube contacts data is stored but not imported in progress.
This is a known issue with a bug report on file. I bumped it, though I do not have an ETA. At this time, there isn’t a workaround or anything to force the contacts to import.
Unfortunately, Roundcube’s contacts db is not well designed for partial migrations between servers. We have some ideas on how to potentially work around this in the future, but at the moment, there isn’t a non-manual way to put this information back into the account.
If you still have access to the old server, you could export the contacts from the Roundcube interface itself and import them to the new server through the Roundcube interface, but this must be done on an account-by-account basis and you must be able to login as the user to do so.
