As we are in the proces of moving away from our current platform (Ensim/PPCP) we are looking for a good/secure replacement.
Well the couple of months I send like 3-4 emails (also from a gmail account) to the sales departement of Interworx. But I never received any answer from you guys. Well two options:
you guys don't want to sell
or something is going wrong on mailserver/spamfilter level
Could you please tell me what todo? Else I have to check other parties.

Just an update, we’ve fixed the e-mail to support desk integration, and it looks like we didn’t miss any messages, they were just delayed. We’re going through them now, thank you for posting!
