Hi just wondering if anyone has any information on separating the database from interworx into another server?

Separating the MYSQL DB in Interworx

This is easy to do and has options for this in IW-cp.

If you look at nodeworx, system services, MySQL, you should see options for external MySQL, where you can add your own MySQL servers.

The main point to bear in mind is that IW-cp needs full root access for MySQL

Lastly, if you mean seperate the IW MySQL and not apache/siteworx user MySQL, then I would think this would be hard to do, and may break IW.
