Is there a quick and easy to setup djbdns to be available to users elsewhere on the Internet?
If there is or isn’t I’d be curious to know how to do this.

You want to setup an ‘external resolver’ I’m assuming which will allow your clients to do recrusive lookups using your DNS/InterWorx-CP server.
