Hello–

That is not where it needs to be enabled–that doesn’t enable anything, it’s just a dropdown to tell us if you enabled it in NodeWorx. The support desk is not connected to your server in any way.

As I said above, to enable Remote Assistance you have to log into NodeWorx. On the lefthand menu there is a tab that says Remote Assistance. That is where you enable it. Select the YES checkbox and then click Submit.
