Slow roundcube webmail emails loading last few weeks

Hello,

Got a problem with webmail, users complaining slow webmail last few weeks. Tested few moments ago and it is slow when clicking between emails (2-3sec atleast). Seems like it’s related some version update…

Anyone else got problem like this?

That is not an issue that anyone has reported, nor is it something that can be reproduced on a test server.

When did the issue start?

The only mail-related change was that we changed the package of dovecot we provide to the upstream package, which was in 8.2.1, which hit the Release channel Jan 26th. I can’t really think of how that would affect the time it takes for a message to open in Roundcube, though.

Is this every account? Just some accounts that have a lot of messages?

I’ll also need access to affected accounts. If you can reproduce the issue with a test account, that would be best. You can provide the credentials in a file on the server.
