SMTP Sending failed

Hello,

We have a bizarre issue with a new siteworx account thats been added to one of our servers, for which the SMTP accounts don’t work, Outlook giving the error; ‘the message could not be sent because it rejected you as the sender. Server Response: ‘451 DNS temporary failure’’.

Strangely, in the /home/vpopmail/domains folder, where all are symlinks to their respective folders, there is also a 0 folder in which a few account links reside, including the one with issues.

Anyone any ideas what is going on?

DNS for the new account still propagating?

Paul fixed this by forcing a refresh of the DNS Cache, however we had done this from Nodeworx so it is being investigated as to why that didn’t work.
