Hello,

Does anyone have any information about setting up DNS zone records so inbound mail is sent to more than one server? I’m not sure if I’ve worded this correctly or not. Specifically, I would like to know how to set up more than one functioning MX record to allow mail to be sent to a webmail client like Hotmail and another domain’s mailbox as well.

I’ve made two MX records, one for Hotmail, and one for a Horde account:

‘random.example.hotmail.com’ & ‘mail.example.com’

The targets are set up as 10 for Hotmail and 20 for the other. There is single spf record that is set to:

                  v=spf1 include:hotmail.com ~all

Any ideas on how to configure InterWorx so that mail is delivered two both of these destinations?

Any help would be appreciated.

Check out that thread I started a while back. Has info on how to setup the records and also about running SPF with Qmail, but with Iworx 3 “method 2” is already implemented :slight_smile:
