SSH Service not showing up in Firewall Rules port list

Hello,

I’m having an issue logging in via SSH. I have SSH/SFTP details showcased in my Nexcess Site portal but when I try to log in via SSH it hangs as if a firewall is blocking me.

When I go to Siteworx >> Firewall Rules, I do not seem to have an option to whitelist an SSH port, only the MySQL port is available which explains why the SSH connection times out.

Why don’t I have the option to select an SSH port?

Have anyone encountered this problem before? Maybe I’m forgetting to enable something in Nexcess?

Nexcess would be your point of contact for this question–they have different plugins that are specific to their set up, and have an entirely different interface. They are not using vanilla InterWorx, basically. :slight_smile: .

In default SiteWorx, there isn’t any kind of firewall control–that is a Nexcess specific plugin, it looks like. I am not familiar with it, at all, since we don’t directly manage the Nexcess customizations to iworx.
