URL for phpmyadmin

Is there a way to access the phpmyadmin by typing a URL? Right now, the only way I see to access the db is through the phpmyadmin link within the CP. I would like to give a developer access to the db only, rather than the entire cp.

Any ideas?

The only way to access it outside the control panel would be if you installed it yourself, which I believe is possible via simplescripts.
