Using Email Identities

I have created several identities for my webmail mailbox. Outgoing messages work fine, but I don’t receive return messages for my identities. what am i doing wrong?

for example: my default email address is admin@mydomain.com. I create an alternate identity: id@mydomain.com. Webmail allows me to send from id@mydomain.com, but when I reply to the message webmail never receives the email addressed to id@mydomain.com.

Any ideas?
