Sorry, I did not realise php 7 was fully released yet
If you mean IW php version used, I don’t think so as IW update this, but the current IW version is 5.5.6 I think
If you mean for Apache, you can update to whatever version you want to use

Just a brief warning to anyone at the moment wanting or going to try php 7
There are no ioncube loaders for php 7 at this point in time
Ioncube are actively working on producing an ioncube version but it is not available at the moment and there were talk of a beta release, but not yet
