When attempting to create a backup on a specific account I get an error

What does this error mean for me and how can I take steps to resolve it?

Hi,

Just increase the quota on that specific domain or/ and remove older backups

Where do I go to increase the quota? The disk space quota is well above what is being used. Any other quotas in place besides disk space?

Also there are no previous backups

Well, if disk quota for that particular domain is above … try (command line):

/home/interworx/bin/varpermsfix.pex --siteworx=<domain>
